Case Histories

We have a large project home built in 2000, about 12 months after moving in my wife and I notice our guttering and downpipes were leaking, and there were water marks in the eaves. We contacted the builders who after much coercing inspected our home. They said yes there is a problem here but the gutters had not been maintained therefore the warranty was void. We have a lot of gum trees and leaves are the real problem,  so we had a leaf  mesh installed and the leaks fixed. There always seemed to be problems, the gutters left dirty water marks down the timber fascia boards. Water was still getting into the eaves. After much research we came across Hi-Tec Guttering and asked for a quote, well I nearly went through the roof when I first saw the price. Naturally I got another quote, after seeing what quad gutter fascia covers and a quality leaf guard would cost. I realised that the Hi-Tec System was very reasonably priced and it would actually fix our problems. Yes we went ahead, the salesman was excellent, the next step was the measure up. I was at home for this as I had lots of questions, the man doing the measure was only too happy to answer. Our delivery arrived about a week later. Then it rained so our job was delayed, around two weeks after delivery the job started, I got home from work and wow instant face lift and No more fascia boards to paint. Day two that afternoon we had a large thunderstorm the downpipe on the side of the house had not been put in yet, this gave me the opportunity to see how Hi-Tec System works in a storm. I was amazed at how much water came gushing out where the downpipe nozzle was and looking at the completed sections no more leaks. Around the back where work had not started yet the old guttering failed miserably again. The job was finished, we were a happy customer. Next rain I noticed a drip in new guttering around the back. Within no time Hi-Tec  was back to fix it. Six months later and I am still talking about this great product.
